On Tuesday, April 1, former Clearview Regional High School standout Corey Lyle’s current college team, the Tampa Spartans, won 14-3 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Valdosta State Blazers.
The game took place at UT Baseball Field. This was their first matchup against the Blazers this season.
The Spartans’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 4 at 6 p.m. at UT Baseball Field against Nova Southeastern Sharks.
