The visit highlighted the Food Bank’s Health & Wellness Program, which offers classroom instruction, cooking demonstrations, food tastings, grocery store tours, school assemblies, and multi-session courses aimed at helping participants prepare and enjoy foods provided by the organization. The program is designed to improve nutrition education for community members.
