On Friday, March 7, former Clearview Regional High School standout Corey Lyle’s current college team, the Tampa Spartans, won 5-4 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Cal State San Marcos Cougars.
The game took place at CSUSM Baseball Field. This was their first matchup against the Cougars this season.
The Spartans’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 8 at 11 a.m. at CSUSM Baseball Field against Cal State San Marcos Cougars.
