Congratulations to GCIT Culinary Arts students who won the Bronze Medal at the County Vocational Technical School Cook Off Challenge  People’s Choice Awards with “Stonicchis” (stuffed shrimp gnocchi with a sweet & sour balsamic glaze).

This award comes with a $250 scholarship prize.
