Inspira Health has made new appointments to the leadership of its Foundation Board of Trustees. Kevin R. Gibala has been appointed as the Chair, following his term as Vice Chair in 2024. Gibala, with over 20 years of experience in commercial banking, is a Senior Vice President at TD Bank. He also holds positions on various boards and committees, such as the Walter Rand Institute and the Greater Vineland Chamber of Commerce.

Expressing his enthusiasm, Gibala stated, “As a longtime resident of Southern New Jersey, I am both humbled and excited to take on the role as Chair of the Inspira Health Foundation Board. The work we do at Inspira is vital to the well-being of our community, and I am looking forward to leading our board as we continue to support Inspira’s mission of providing exceptional care.”

Carol J. Musso has been appointed as Vice Chair. As Senior Vice President of Business Development at Century Savings Bank, she brings extensive experience in finance and banking. Musso is actively involved with local organizations, including Habitat for Humanity of Salem County.

“It is a privilege to deepen my commitment to Inspira and the betterment of the South Jersey region through the role of Vice Chair,” Musso said. “I look forward to working alongside my colleagues to further strengthen our community ties and ensure that we continue to exemplify Inspira’s mission to bring accessible care and services to those who need it most.”

Glenn M. Dragon, M.D., has been appointed Secretary of the Foundation Board. Dragon has served as Chairman of the Department of Anesthesiology at Inspira Medical Centers Mullica Hill and Woodbury and has been part of Inspira for three decades.

“Having spent 30 years with the Inspira team, I am eager to bring my experience and unique insight to the role of Secretary of the Foundation Board,” Dragon remarked. “Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside some of the most dedicated professionals in health care, and I look forward to supporting the Foundation Board’s efforts to strengthen our health system, ensuring that our patients have access to life-saving services.”

Genevieve E. Witt, Director of Project Development at BWM Construction, will continue as Treasurer of the Foundation Board while serving as Chair of the Inspira Development Committee.

Robin A. Walton, the Senior Vice President, External Affairs, and Chief Philanthropy Officer at Inspira Health, stated, “We are incredibly fortunate to have such experienced and dedicated leaders guiding our Foundation Board. Kevin, Carol, Glenn, and Genevieve bring a wealth of knowledge and a shared commitment to improving our organization.”
