On Saturday, March 22, former Kingsway Regional High School standout Josh Herner’s current college team, the Averett Cougars, lost 15-7 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the Shenandoah Hornets.

The game took place at Owen-Fulton Field. This was their second matchup against the Hornets this season.

The Cougars’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, March 25 at 3 p.m. at Owen-Fulton Field against Roanoke Maroons.
