On Sunday, March 9, former Deptford Township High School standout Michael Blackiston’s current college team, the Maryland Eastern Shore Hawks, lost 7-3 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Delaware State Hornets.

The game took place at Arthur W. Perdue Stadium. This was their third matchup against the Hornets this season.

The Hawks’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, March 11 at 3 p.m. at Tucker Field at Barcroft Park against George Washington Colonials.
