On Saturday, March 15, former Kingsway Regional High School standout Josh Herner’s current college team, the Averett Cougars, won 9-0 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the Washington and Lee Generals.

The game took place at Owen-Fulton Field. This was their second matchup against the Generals this season.

The Cougars’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, March 18 at 4 p.m. at Owen-Fulton Field against William Peace Pacers.
